As the managing partner of Perkins & Anctil, PC, a law firm located in Westford, MA specializing in community association law, I am responsible for directing the firm in a broad range of real estate legal services from litigation to real estate closings.  I have extensive experience in the sale of single-family home developments, as well as, large scale condominium complexes as I’ve been involved in the representation of over 10,000 closings of condominium units, cooperative stock sales, single family homes and complex commercial and industrial transactions throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Outside of work, I am a passionate participant in the Pan Mass Challenge where I have raised over $250,000 riding my bike 200 miles from Sturbridge to Provincetown.
